1. Delivery
Where we deliver
We deliver to every emirate in the UAE. For deliveries elsewhere in the GCC, please contact us before ordering at sales@ehdxb.com.
How your order is delivered
- Smaller items are delivered by our courier partner. In Dubai you can choose 4-hour delivery. Everywhere else in the UAE they arrive the next working day.
- Grills, smokers, pizza ovens, outdoor kitchens, heaters, firepits, large coolers, charcoal and firewood are delivered by our own team, usually within 1 to 3 working days. We will contact you to book a time.
- If your order has both, checkout shows two deliveries and each part arrives on its own schedule, so your smaller items are not held back.
Delivery charges
- Next working day delivery and delivery by our own team are free on UAE orders of 500 AED or more.
- On orders under 500 AED, a 35 AED charge applies to each delivery.
- 4-hour delivery in Dubai is 35 AED, whatever the order value.
- Click and collect from our Jebel Ali warehouse is always free.
Delivery times
- 4-hour delivery (Dubai only): your order is delivered within 4 hours of leaving our warehouse. Orders that leave us late in the day arrive by midday the next day.
- Next working day: orders placed by 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
- Our own team: usually 1 to 3 working days. We will call or WhatsApp you to arrange a slot.
Assembly
Assembly is available for grills, smokers, pizza ovens, firepits and heaters. Ask us when you order and we will confirm the cost and timing.
Tracking and delivery problems
Courier deliveries come with a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. For deliveries by our own team, we will contact you directly. If your order is late or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will put it right.
2. Returns and exchanges
If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- unused, and in their original condition and packaging, and
- accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation.
Items we cannot accept back
- Used bottles, cups and drinkware, for hygiene reasons.
- Charcoal, firewood, fuel and other consumables once opened.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance items, unless faulty.
How to return an item
- Email sales@ehdxb.com or WhatsApp +971 4 330 1043 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm the return and arrange collection, or you can drop it at our Jebel Ali warehouse.
- Once we have received and checked the item, we will confirm your refund or exchange.
Return delivery costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, including Tabby.
- Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refund to show on your statement.
- If you would prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement once the returned item has been checked.
4. Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will replace the item or refund you, at no cost to you. For faults that appear later, please use our warranty claim form.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it will need to go through the returns process above. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
