We deliver to every emirate in the UAE. For delivery elsewhere in the GCC, please contact us before ordering at sales@ehdxb.com.

Next working day delivery, and delivery by our own team, is free on UAE orders of 500 AED or more. Under 500 AED, a 35 AED charge applies to each delivery. 4-hour delivery in Dubai is 35 AED whatever the order value. Click and collect from our Jebel Ali warehouse is always free.

4-hour delivery is available in Dubai on smaller items. Your order is delivered within 4 hours of leaving our warehouse. Orders that leave us late in the day arrive by midday the next day.

Next working day delivery: orders placed by 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) arrive the next working day. Grills, smokers, pizza ovens, outdoor kitchens, heaters, firepits, large coolers, charcoal and firewood are delivered by our own team, usually within 1 to 3 working days, and we contact you to book a time.

If your order has both smaller items and large items such as a grill or firewood, the smaller items come by courier and the large items come with our own team. Each part arrives on its own schedule. If the whole basket is 500 AED or more, delivery by our own team is free.

Yes. Choose click and collect at checkout and we'll message you when your order is ready at our warehouse: Unit 13, SS Industrial Complex, Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, Dubai. Collection is free.

Courier deliveries come with a tracking link by email. For deliveries by our own team, we contact you directly to book a time.

Yes. Choose Tabby at checkout to split your order into 4 interest-free payments.

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, it goes through our returns process.

Yes. Retailers, hotels, restaurants and other businesses can get trade pricing. Send us an enquiry on our trade and wholesale page.

Yes. Our team can assemble grills, smokers, griddles, pizza ovens and patio heaters on delivery for 100 AED per item, including VAT. Add assembly on the product page before you check out.

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We can't accept used bottles, cups and drinkware, opened charcoal, firewood, fuel and other consumables, gift cards, or clearance items unless faulty. Full delivery and returns policy.

Email sales@ehdxb.com or WhatsApp +971 4 330 1043 with your order number and the reason. We'll confirm the return and arrange collection, or you can drop it at our Jebel Ali warehouse. Return delivery is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Once we've received and checked the item, approved refunds go back to your original payment method, including Tabby. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for it to show on your statement.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We'll replace the item or refund you, at no cost to you.

For faults that appear after the first 48 hours, use our warranty claim form and our team will get back to you.
