How it works

  1. Tell us what's wrongFill in the form with your order number and a short description of the fault.
  2. Send photos or a videoWhatsApp them to +971 4 330 1043 quoting your order number. It helps us resolve the claim first time.
  3. We arrange the fixDepending on the product and its warranty, we repair, replace or refund. Most claims are answered within two working days.
What's covered?

Each product's warranty is shown in its Specifications tab. Warranty covers manufacturing faults, not wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage. Keep your proof of purchase.
