How do I use a smoking plank?
Soak the plank in water for 1–2 hours before use. Place it on the preheated grill, allow it to begin smoking gently, then place food directly on the plank. Close the BBQ lid if possible to concentrate the smoke. Cook as normal — the plank imparts smoke flavour throughout the cook.
Can I reuse a smoking plank?
Some planks can be used 2–3 times if lightly charred rather than heavily burned. Rinse and dry between uses. Once the plank is heavily charred or cracked, replace it for best flavour results.

Smaller items: 4-hour delivery in Dubai, or next working day across the UAE when you order by 2pm on a working day. Grills, smokers, heaters, firepits, large coolers, charcoal and firewood are delivered by our own team, usually within 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery is free on UAE orders of 500 AED or more, and 35 AED per delivery below that. 4-hour delivery in Dubai is always 35 AED. Click and collect from our Jebel Ali warehouse is free, and assembly is available on grills, smokers, pizza ovens and heaters.
