Frequently Asked Questions
What temperatures does the Burnhard Fat TONY reach for UAE pizza cooking?
The Fat TONY gas oven reaches temperatures required for authentic Neapolitan-style pizza — typically 400°C to 500°C at the stone surface. At these temperatures, UAE pizza enthusiasts can achieve the char-spotted leopard crust, melted fresh mozzarella, and rapid 60 to 90 second cook times that define authentic Neapolitan pizza. The gas fuel source provides consistent, controllable UAE outdoor pizza performance that wood-fired ovens cannot match for convenience.
Can the Fat TONY cook dishes other than pizza for UAE outdoor entertaining?
Yes — the Fat TONY's large high-temperature chamber excels at UAE manakish and Arabic flatbreads, pide, calzones, focaccia, roasted vegetables, flatbread-based mezze spreads, and even small roasts at lower temperatures. For UAE outdoor entertaining where pizza is the centrepiece but a full spread is required, the Fat TONY's versatility as an outdoor oven makes it a compelling outdoor kitchen investment beyond pizza nights alone.
