Frequently Asked Questions
Which herbs work best with the Herb Harvest and Strip Tool?
The tool is ideal for small-leaved herbs that grow on woody stems — thyme, rosemary, oregano, and tarragon benefit the most. For mint, basil, and parsley (which have individual stalked leaves), use it for stripping but pair with scissors for harvesting larger leaf clusters. UAE herb gardens typically grow all of these herbs and more.
