Frequently Asked Questions
What is the OutdoorChef EasyChef system and why does it matter for UAE outdoor grilling?
The OutdoorChef EasyChef system uses a patented conical funnel-shaped bowl instead of a flat grill base. When meat juices drip during UAE outdoor cooking, the conical shape directs the drippings away from the burner flames into a grease collection tray. This eliminates flare-ups — the sudden fire surges that burn food and create excessive smoke — which are especially problematic during UAE summer outdoor cooking. The result is cleaner cooking, less char, and significantly more consistent temperatures across the entire grill surface without any vent adjustments.
Is the Ambri 480 G EVO compatible with UAE standard 30mbar gas regulators?
Yes — the Ambri 480 G EVO is configured for 30mbar gas pressure, which is the standard UAE LPG gas regulator pressure. UAE buyers can connect it directly to standard Emirates LPG gas bottles with a compatible hose and regulator. Check with Elite Horizon for the correct UAE gas connection hose for the Ambri to ensure a safe, compliant gas setup for UAE outdoor use.
