Frequently Asked Questions
What UAE BBQ foods work best in the ProQ Smoking & Grilling Basket?
The ProQ Smoking & Grilling Basket is ideal for UAE BBQ foods that need containment on the grill grate: cherry tomatoes and halved garlic heads for UAE BBQ side dish smoking; Gulf shrimp and prawns that would fall through standard grate wires; sliced UAE mushrooms, onion rings, and zucchini for UAE vegetable grilling; small fish like whole sardines or sea bass portions; and UAE spiced nuts or grains that can be smoked in the basket for flavoured snack preparation. The basket's mesh construction allows full smoke circulation for genuine UAE BBQ smoke infusion into all basket contents.
Can the ProQ Grilling Basket be used for UAE high-heat direct grilling as well as low-and-slow smoking?
Yes — the ProQ Smoking & Grilling Basket's stainless steel construction handles both UAE low-and-slow indirect smoking temperatures and direct high-heat UAE charcoal grilling temperatures. UAE BBQ cooks who want to direct-grill vegetables and shrimp at UAE high heat alongside smoking main meats can use the basket in a direct heat position on the ProQ grate for fast UAE vegetable and seafood cooking while the main meat continues in the indirect UAE smoking zone. The basket's handle provides safe UAE outdoor cooking management across both heat zones.
