Description
Turn your SKOTTI grill into a pizza oven. The SKOTTI Stone is a fine-pored cordierite pizza stone with a stainless steel holder, sized at about 24 x 16.5 cm to sit exactly on the grill and to store in its base tray. The stone spreads heat evenly for a crisp base, and its rough surface stops dough from sticking.
- Cordierite stone, heat resistant to 800°C, about 1 kg
- Works with gas or charcoal on the SKOTTI grill (not compatible with SKOTTI Max)
- Use with the SKOTTI Cap for oven-style cooking
- Also great for flatbreads and pastries
- Season before first use and never oil the stone. Clean with a damp cloth
