Frequently Asked Questions
Will the stainless steel mesh damage my cast iron seasoning?
No — when used correctly, the stainless steel mesh removes stuck food particles without stripping the seasoning layer from cast iron. Use it with warm water and a small amount of kosher salt for the best results. Avoid soap, which can degrade cast iron seasoning over time.
