Frequently Asked Questions
How do I care for a wooden spatula?
Hand wash only — never put wooden utensils in the dishwasher as it causes splitting and cracking. After washing, dry thoroughly and periodically rub with food-safe mineral oil or butcher block oil to keep the wood hydrated. In UAE heat, this is especially important as the dry climate can dry out wooden utensils quickly.
