Frequently Asked Questions
Why use a charcoal tray instead of wood in the Cowboy Grill?
Charcoal burns more consistently and at a more controllable temperature than wood, making it ideal when you want to grill rather than cook over a variable open fire. In UAE residential settings where large wood fires may not be practical, charcoal is also a cleaner and more contained option.
