Frequently Asked Questions
How do I adjust the cooking height with the S-Hook and Chain?
The grill grate hangs from the frame crossbar via a chain and S-hooks. To raise the grate and reduce heat, lift the grate and place the S-hook on a higher chain link. To increase heat, lower it to a shorter chain position. This simple mechanism gives you effective temperature control over open fire.
