Yes — the Cowboy Wok works over any sufficiently hot heat source. For best wok cooking results, you need high concentrated heat, which an open wood fire and a gas wok burner both provide. A conventional BBQ grill may not get hot enough for authentic wok hei (breath of the wok).

Delivery and returns
Order before 2pm on a working day and we normally deliver the next working day. All UAE orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery is free on orders over 250 AED, and 50 AED below that. You can also collect from our Jebel Ali warehouse, and assembly is available on larger items.
