Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the Barebones Roaster on an outdoor BBQ?
Yes — the cast iron roaster works over indirect heat on a covered BBQ or Cowboy Grill. It is excellent for slow-cooked whole chicken or lamb over wood fire — a perfect outdoor cooking method for UAE farms and outdoor kitchens.
How do I clean the enamel interior after roasting?
Allow to cool fully, then soak in warm water for 15–30 minutes to loosen residue. Most residue comes away with a soft brush. For stubborn bits, add water and gently warm on the stovetop to release.
