Frequently Asked Questions
Is foraging legal in the UAE?
Foraging on private land (with permission) and in designated areas is generally acceptable. Be aware that many protected areas in the UAE prohibit plant removal. Always check local UAE regulations before foraging in natural reserves and protected wilderness. On private farms and cultivated land with the landowner's permission, foraging is a wonderful outdoor activity.
