Description
The OutdoorChef Carbon Steel Pan 24 cm is a lightweight, highly heat-resistant pan for searing, cooking, roasting and braising. It suits gas grills and side burners as well as all types of stove and oven.
The hammered frying surface gives a non-stick effect, and the removable handle saves space on the grill and when stored. It measures 51.5 x 24 x 9.8 cm with the handle and weighs 1.82 kg. Carbon steel should be seasoned and greased regularly and is not dishwasher safe: after cooking, remove residues, rinse with hot water, dry and coat with a little sunflower or rapeseed oil. Covered by a 12 month warranty.
