ProQ Door with Handle for Excel 20 V4.0

The ProQ Excel 20 access door allows UAE ProQ smoker operators to add fresh charcoal, wood chunks, or water to the water pan during an active UAE smoking session without lifting the entire smoker lid — a move that causes significant heat loss and temperature disruption during UAE low-and-slow cooks. For UAE brisket and pork shoulder sessions running 10-14 hours, mid-cook charcoal addition through the access door is essential for maintaining continuous UAE smoking temperature without the cook stalling at the 6-8 hour charcoal depletion point. The handle design makes safe UAE mid-cook charcoal management practical even with the smoker fully up to temperature.

UAE ProQ Excel owners should replace the access door when the original door shows warping that breaks the seal against the smoker body, when the handle becomes unsafe, or when the door's fit is loose enough to allow uncontrolled airflow that disrupts UAE smoking temperature management. Warping can occur after repeated UAE high-heat smoking sessions, particularly if the Excel is used for extended cooking at higher temperatures. A genuine ProQ replacement door restores the original accurate fit and sealing properties for reliable UAE ProQ Excel smoking performance.
