Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum UAE BBQ cooking capacity of a ProQ Excel 20 with the Stacker 20"?
The ProQ Excel 20 in three-level Stacker configuration represents ProQ's maximum bullet smoker cooking capacity — three 48cm cooking levels providing a combined cooking grate area sufficient for a full 6-7kg brisket, a large pork shoulder, two full rib racks vertically on the ProQ Rib Rack, and several whole chickens simultaneously. This maximum Excel capacity configuration can serve 25-35 UAE guests from a single UAE smoking session. UAE outdoor catering operators, UAE corporate event BBQ caterers, and UAE serious BBQ hosts who regularly cook for large groups use the Stacker 20" to maximise their ProQ Excel investment for UAE large-scale outdoor food production.
Does the ProQ Excel Stacker 20" require any modification or additional fuel for UAE large-capacity smoking?
The ProQ Excel Stacker 20" adds cooking chamber volume that requires slightly more charcoal burn duration monitoring in the extended three-level configuration — the additional volume means slight temperature variance management across the three cooking levels. UAE ProQ Excel operators in three-level Stacker configuration should ensure they start with a full ProQ Cocoshell charcoal load for UAE long smoking sessions and monitor vent settings for the larger chamber's temperature stabilisation. No modification is required — the Stacker integrates as a factory-designed ProQ Excel expansion in the same way as the standard two-level Excel configuration.
