Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I sharpen Barebones high-carbon steel knives?
High-carbon steel knives should be sharpened when you notice them requiring more pressure to cut cleanly. Regular maintenance — a few passes on a fine stone before or after a major outdoor cooking session — keeps the edge performing at its best. In UAE outdoor conditions with regular outdoor cooking use, a monthly touch-up is a good habit.
